Meet Tiziana
Well, hello there!
Having to talk about myself is one of the hardest things for me, and I'm not actually sure why? The easy part; I am a born and raised Calgarian, daughter to two of the most hard working and dedicated people I have ever encountered. I am a wife, and, I am a mom. Now though, who am I? Well, I've always been a very intuitive person. I can easily pick up on the emotions of others around me, and I always just seemed to have a knowing for things that I could never fully explain. I am often told I have good energy, but never quite understood what that truly meant. After discovering Reiki however, my energy became very important to me and it is a feature that I am very proud of. I work very hard to maintain good clear energy. Becoming a Reiki Master has been one of the most rewarding things I have done. I truly love helping others. Sharing in what I have learned, and teaching through my experiences is a true passion of mine. As a mom, as a dance teacher, as a group fitness instructor and as a spiritual mentor- my profound sense of joy and purpose comes from from watching others transform and succeed.
I am the creator and host of The Vitamin T Podcast and this too has been a dream come true. An incredible outlet for sharing stories, making laughs, and finding some healing.
I am a passionate and authentic healer. I combine Usui Reiki, a love for crystals, and an inspired inner knowing with divine guidance, to offer an incredible healing session.

I have been working with Tiziana for over a year. She is kind and thoughtful. She trusts herself to help those around her. I had my first Reiki session with Tiziana, back in January. At first I was anxious as to what she was going to say or do. However as soon as I was on the warm bed and T really put in a lot time and effort to make space feel calming, comfy and safe! When T started doing her thing I felt so at peace and everything. What T asked and said to me was so accurate, and it made cry in the best of ways! After my session with T, I left feeling light and positive with where I was heading for the future!!
